Great guest. Truly your body can heal it's self with the right guidance and mindset. That's from someone who injured his back over 30 years ago. I suffered for just over 20 years under the supervision of my Dr who poisoned me with lots of pain meds from Cocodamol, Diazepam and even Morphine, to be fair at the time I did not question. After going Keto/Fasting, movement of the right kind, grounding, structured water and cleaning up my diet and chemicals around me, I no longer need any medications and live most of my life pain free.
