A message for Richard, following on from your ventilator observation.

In March 2020, before the lockdowns, I had lunch with the then Chairman of Smiths Industries (one of the most impressive and down to earth people I have ever met and checking his back story is really quite inspirational). At the time Smiths was the only UK manufacturer of ventilators with a factory in Luton. he told us that he already had orders for 50,000 ventilators from Germany, 20000 from France and 10000 from Italy. Guess how many he had on order from the UK?

Yes, ZERO, none, nada.

He had been calling the PMs office and was being given the run around by the various mandarins. I'm ashamed (now) to say that I connected his Ops Director to the UK MD of General Motors (Vauxhall) as they had a factory in Luton producing vans and they agreed to repurpose the factory/staff to produce the infernal devices. I feel sick about this now.

The powers that ought not to be in the UK had already decided at this point that the modus operandi of increasing the death numbers was to remove prescription of antibiotics to anyone with flu (covid) and where possible, to administer midazolam and morphine to finish anyone off that was unfortunate enough to be flagged as suffering from "covid".

So in my opinion, the spunking of money for developing ventilators from scratch was just a PR exercise to drive fear and make it look like "the government" was taking it seriously.

I'd like to comment , being from the Netherlands : Muslims have in general NOT integrated into Dutch society. Their culture is now promoted over native Dutch culture, like Christmas celibration being cancelled in large city schools because the majority in the school are non-integrated muslims. Muslim boys are not accepting females as authority figures, we had a summer in rotterdam where muslim fathers/men were assisting in cinema's to keep the muslim youth in check because they dont accept female employees having authority there. I heard 1st hand of female teachers telling the same story. There are plenty of places where it is also not safe for native females to be out on the street alone , caused again by the same group of people. And im not talking about the usual criminal hotspots where it is not wise to be out on the street. This problem is basically developing across ALL major European cities where the native population is becoming the minority. There are exceptions where there is integration, but i would say its rare. The unrestricted migration of the past years is on top of that, and the attitude of the politicians is changing on this topic. Critizing these developments can get you thrown in jail in some places.

Very nice to hear from the Dutch lady: I would like to hear more about the Dutch farners (and the British farmers).

Shooting pheasants drunk for fun - sounds Pythonesque!

Lovely conversation. When you discussed the agenda behind mass immigration, it made me think of the following article by Frances Leader:-
