There isn't a day that goes by that I don't give thanks for you, Doc; you and all the clinicians who stood tall and said, "We will not comply!" I am relieved that you are are returning to health, your work is not done, you have a long way to go. Now, that the "dismantling of the NHS" has been announced, it leads to the inevitable discussion of what will take its place. You will be there again, in the front lines, having earned your right to be heard on this subject. Thanks to you, and the others like you, our future is bright. So, continue your journey of recovery, stay well and know that you are loved.

Ahmed have you tried DMSO gel on your neck with a 20 minute session of Infra Red Near infra red ight twice a day for a month? It's what I prescribe for you. Read the Midwestern Doctor re DMSO on his substack and watch the 1980"s 60 Minutes programme about DMSO. Then please do a podcast on it. I personally have found it to be life changingly brilliant. Orally and topically. But you must study it carefully to use DMSO correctly. Red light therapy is equally amazing so the combo is very powerful. Apologies if you already know all this! x

Well said Brendaria. Ahmad has made a huge difference to our lives. Since January we have cut down on other videos, podcasts and articles due to overload. However, Ahmad remains top of our list and we will be forever indebted to him for his dedication and hard graft. Thank you so much Ahmad. He's genuine to the core.

5 years on I think we've all had to take in so much we're saturated with information. Ahmad rightly says he needs some time and self-love. That's vital. Whatever Ahmad needs to do, we will always support him.

Looking forward to watching this Doc Malik podcast with Ahmad and paramedic Lilith, including discussion on vaccine mandates and informed consent.

Mandated medical interventions…what a travesty in supposed ‘free countries’…

(And hoping your neck will soon be healed Ahmad x)

I suspect that Doc is not the only one who has fallen slightly in love during the course of this interview!

Wrong. I actually fell in love with her and all the NHS 100K team over 3 years ago, when I found out about them and what they were doing. They gave me hope, energy and courage, and I will always love and respect them for what they did.

Then Doc chooses well 🙂. I didn't know anything about this movement, and I am unaware of any similar one where I live.

I have been following the NHS100k on telegram since 2021, especially as I knew everything they were saying was true as unfortunately it was already happening in Italy. Started with healthcare staff like my brother, than expanded all the way to children, transport, shops, you name it, if you didn't submit to the poison jab you were sacked and excluded from everyday life. They even went as far as fining the over 50 who didnt take it! Mental time that I will never forget those 'friends' who didn't fight against. Great, brave lady, wishing you all the best for your future, hopefully as part of our alternative health system.

Many thanks for this discussion. The pushback against vax mandates for NHS healthcare staff in the UK was particularly important. If the authorities had succeeded in that context, it could have paved the way for similar mandates in schools, universities, other areas of the public sector, and beyond.

A transcript of much of it is at the link below, along with additional links and comments here and there:

Ahmad I’m not sure if you’ve heard the news of our friend Michael Gray Griffith? Michael had a heart attack a week ago and has just had a triple bypass. He is now doing well. I’m glad you took a bit of time off. We all need inspirational people like you and Michael. Please take care of yourself. You are precious and needed! Love Roro.
