Fascinating conversation, we used to cook in copper pots as well;)

Anyway, you have to tell us Doc, what is a W⚓️😂

Have you ever heard of Prof Michael Crawford, he’s in his nineties, incredibly sharp.

Wrote a book called “The Shrinking Brain “

As an aside from this topic, as someone who had b12 deficiency, and had to sort it out myself, ( despite seeing GP and haematologist who had no clue at all) I really would recommend you get someone to speak on this very important vitamin. Maybe contact the Pernicious Anaemia Society. Sally Pacholok in US wrote an amazing book on this, she’d be great too.

Agree! My dad had Pernicious Anaemia & got B12 shots every 3 months for the last 23 years of his life. At 60 I started getting symptoms that suggested B12 deficiency but my GP dismissed it because my numbers were “normal”. I had some genetic tests done in 2021 which indicates issues with B12 absorption. Long story short, I recently got diagnosed at a private clinic though my GP disputes the findings, despite a whole host of signs & symptoms. It would be great to have someone on the podcast who really knows about B12 as I think it’s a growing problem but still under the radar.

I absolutely agree Debra, having seen the effects of a sublingual supplement on my son, who had pernicious anaemia. He was suicidal, it helped his mood enormously. It also stopped the shaky hands that he'd suffered from all his life. Doctors don't seem to know about it. I also suffered from it temporarily when I was wrongly put on PPIs 18 years ago.

Absolutely gripping podcast and can’t wait for the next instalment. I recently read a Substack by Geoff Pain and would love to know Morley’s thoughts on this. https://open.substack.com/pub/geoffpain/p/copper-brain-damage-is-similar-to?r=1f4bua&utm_medium=ios

I had already recently read 2 other books on copper which were eye opening. This goes a bit more into the science, lots of references if folks like that. But also gives a step by step protocol on how to help yourself . Very interesting and worth a read.

Does anyone have a link to the copper supplement in the UK please? I can't see it in the show notes. Thanks

Another very educational and informative podcast. Have you ever had Clive de Carle on your podcast? He’s very big on his magnesium blend and I would love to know what his take is on copper as I don’t recall him talking about their relationship.

Hey Doc. Damn you are looking well. Have been following Morleys protocol for a few years now. Really helped me. He did not previously have a copper supplement so I am going to follow that up. Cheers
