Excellent! It was so good to hear Roman Shapoval cut to the chase when it comes to this much ignored - obfuscated - subject (with the exception of Frances Leader and a handful of others). But isn't that just the way hey. Being in the uk I was gratified to see a firm that I have used - to clean dirty electricity - and benefited from. I HIGHLY recommend folk hard-wire their internet connections, thereby doing away with wifi. I am using candles for light, but do realise this is not convenient when you have children (the adult kind/actual ones). When such come round I do turn the lighting circuits on. But as soon as, they're off. This came about when I bought my self an emf meter - WOW!!! One can still buy incandescent bulbs on ebay, btw.
Sue - thanks for appreciating the message on dirty electricity - it's a topic that I get A LOT of flack for - especially when it comes to grounding and earthing.
I've been called many names because people think I'm trying to confuse or harm others by telling them grounding may be harmful, but I've always held to the ethos of first do no harm. Our bodies are exquisitely sensitive, especially as we tap into the lower frequencies.
I'm not surprised you get flack for calling out earthing because it seems to have become a religion, or trendy fashion! But, as is said. the devil's in the detail and you dear man have taken the time to delve those depths - to the benefit of those of us who choose to learn now rather than when it may well/probably be too late.
Your information on harm caused by anything below 10mV is duly noted.
As for my meter I would tell you but have lent it to my friend so cannot say right now. It was recommended by someone who knew its pedigree. I will let you know as soon as...
A thousand blessings to you for sharing such important data, in such a clear and thoughtful way, and for being so kind.
Ahmad, just tap "power line ethernet adapter" into amazon or google and you will find a lot of options. It just allows a wired connection via your internal house power network, I've used it for about 20 years, it is very reliable almost old tech now. If you need wifi in a particular area you could get a small low power portable router.
Mark - thank you. FYI since the interview, I've come upon accounts from other EMF consultants and research showing that power over ethernet can create a massive electrical field in our homes, thus I would avoid. Honestly you may be better off sticking with Wi-Fi during the day, just shut it off at night. Hardwiring is of course ideal.
Here's an article I wrote on ethernet over power, and how it contributes to dirty electrical fields:

Anything under 10mV may be a health concern.
Curious - what kind of meter do have?
Thank you Sue for listening and for your support!
Ah Roman - the pleasure's all mine!

It did cross my mind about that to be honest. Oh bugger.
What is the name of the filters you mentioned?
Good interview by the way, thanks. It made a nice change from some of the "we're all doomed" takes that I see in relation to EMF.
Thank you Mark. I try to find solutions in everything. I believe the greater the crisis, the larger the opportunity, no?
The filters are called Stetzer. Here's a podcast I did with the owner:

You may want to just reach out to the company directly with a phone call.
