A subject for discussion maybe ..... the ubiquitous road closures that have been (and are still) relentless over the past 4 years. National Grid with Openreach seem to be all over the country. Not only motorways and main trunk roads but narrow country lanes too - generally overnight closures for 2/3 nights (is that so no one can see what's being done 🤔)
What's going on and who is paying for it and why is no one addressing it?

It is the installation of 5G for the Internet of Things - guess who are 'the things'?

The infrastructure of 5G was PRIORITISED during the lockdowns too so that we were not given the chance to challenge this massive change to our electro-magnetic environment.

I listened to it on my doggie walk this morning and I am pleased to confirm that I have now “completed” this public survey (with the one comment you suggested) and have also emailed the same to the ministry of health of NI. Ok I'm letting you in on a secret, I recorded the podcast yesterday between 9am and 10am, I downloaded and edited the file between 10am and 11am. At 11am Malcolm came for his podcast. At 5pm I uploaded the file to all platforms. Between 830 and 10pm I wrote the substack and scheduled the release at 7am this morning. I was asleep at 11pm (later than usual) and i woke up at 730am.
These frackers need to leave us alone!! Great - but scary - chat. I'm going to email my Welsh Senedd Member to see if there's anything similar planned in Wales. They're usually first off the mark - first to declare both climate and nature emergencies plus some nonsense refuge nation doublespeak - they're fully committed to UN Agenda 2030

Notice that there is NO cost v benefit analysis, no review has been carried out as to whether the same policies worked wrt Covid, no evidence presented that they have been tested and work. I have asked our Dept of Health for evidence that masks, lockdowns, pcr tests, track and trace and vaccine passports worked--no answer of course. It is the implementation the WHO IHR amendments. These consultations are a box ticking exercise. If the authority receives a high number of almost identical submissions THEY DISMISS THEM. I am NOT JOKING.
Make sure that each submission completes the form precisely as it is designed because a failure to do so could be considered incomplete and will be dismissed too.
Use the correct polite vernacular because if you use language that is offensive or aggressive, again - the authority will dismiss your submission.
A complete and ORIGINAL personal response to every question may sound utterly laborious and tedious but it may be the ONLY way that your efforts will jump all the hoops and barriers to consideration.
When we objected to the licensing of new onshore oil and gas installations back in 2013/4, EVERY submission which used the word 'fracking' was thrown out because that word was not an accurate expression of the precise drilling techniques being proposed. At that stage, the government was granting 'exploration' wells and fracking was not part of the process at that stage of development.

There are traps and sink holes hidden in these consultations - please heed my experience to ensure that THIS TIME our genuine concerns cannot be disregarded on points of order.

Picking up on Frances Leader's concerns, I’ve used my own words, and I’ve laboriously pasted 'Please see my answer to Question 1' into all the subsequent questions, so they can’t reject my submission for not being 'complete'. I must admit that the reason I’m tardy over this is that I have a friend who's worked in government, who's told me that all government consultations are a complete sham, and that Tony Blair introduced this idea, as a disguise to pretend that he cared about public opinion - apparently Alistair Campbell was credited with this 'brilliant' way of fooling the public. But I agree, Ahmad, that in the absence of our responses, they could simply say ‘it’s clear the public agrees'. Which is why we all need to reply before the deadline, Monday 14th! Please, people! Even if you live in New Zealand, please reply!
