Intetesting! Not sure that I have much "ancestral trauma"... I tend to think that I should earn my own failings (or maybe I have just been relatively lucky with my ancestors..).
It makes sense! Our original energetic and emotional imprints in this life happen in the womb and our birth is symbolic of the resonance that recurs every time we go through a life transition.
