Thank you to Ahmad and all of his wonderful listeners! I've posted this also at my Substack: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/book-chat-with-doc-malik. Please check it out if you'd like to join the conversation with my community on these ideas. No one is as cool as Admad's listeners and mine! I learn so much from all of you.
I’ve been working my way through your podcasts à la carte, as you suggested, with a focus on my friends (e.g., Heather Hudson, Meredith Miller, Jenna McCarthy, Mathew Crawford, Mike Yeadon) and would-be-friends (e.g., Bob Moran), all of which are spectacular. As you know, Tereza is a member of my Apocaloptimists Club, so that means I’ll have to bump her video up in the queue.
Tereza always brings laser-sharp insights, sensitivity, and tenderness to her attentive readings of my and others’ work. I am grateful for her compassionate support and thoughtful observations, but I also appreciate that we can lovingly disagree when we have differing perspectives. This is an ability few people possess and more people need.
Margaret! Your naming of our Apocaloptimist Club brought us into focus, set our direction in a way I couldn't have imagined at the time. As the meme describes an Apocaloptimist, "Those who know the world is going to shit but still think it's going to be okay." No one has had that optimism tested more than you, with the loss of your beloved Michael.
You're a constant inspiration to me, that you continue to bring your strength, perception and creativity to facing these dark times, while gathering such a tribe of light--or karass in your/ Vonnegut's words--to work together in this pursuit.
Did I tell you that Ahmad wanted to join our club? When I told him it was all women, he was willing to put on lipstick ;-) When fellow Substacker Mary Poindexter McLaughlin first brought us together, I thought it was ... nice. Little did I know what an essential sustenance it would be, as one after another went through crisis and front-row seats to some of the psyops. Having a blend of personal connection, through zoom, with people who know the same truths, has been deeply valuable. I recommend it for everyone whose 'real life' friends are online and whose day-to-day connections are in the safe zone.
And Margaret, thank you for appreciating that I'm disagreeable! As you know, I'm on a mission to make women more argumentative, for which Mary's husband tongue-in-cheekily thanked me on behalf of all men ;-) And it takes two to lovingly disagree. I'm so grateful that you model that love for me.
Looking forward to parts 23&4, and putting your book in my queue. Loved it., you are very eloquent and kept your course. I listened to Nathan Reynolds on Delingpole and I totally believe the systems trap, and the gentle are often culled. I would not swap places with any one of those predator level people. They’ve totally hijacked our need to reciprocate
I looked up Nathan Reynolds and got mired in cute kid photos, as I did on your notes. His story of being raised in a trauma-based mind control cult seems credible. Another person I found credible with that background was Anneke Lucas. I call them 'pedo-sadist' cults because the word pedophile is a word trap, I think--no one who loves children would do this to them. I agree that I'd never swap places with the oligarchs, for all the money in the world. Here's an episode I did on Anneke: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/pedo-sadist-cults-and-anneke-lucas and one that was removed from YT: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/hollywood-and-pedosadist-cults.
I appreciate your anticipation of the next sections with Ahmad. Me too! This was the most fun discussion I've ever recorded. It was such a surprise that Ahmad went into so much depth that we only got through Section One. Typically, I'm trying to skim through millennia and major thought-reversals in one setting. But Ahmad approached it like a tutorial, which gave a deep foundation for subsequent chapters.
I hardly know where to begin! I have been following you, Tereza, since being recommended to by Frances Leader - some moons back. I must confess to being out of my depth. Nonetheless, I recognise truth when I see/read it and, as such, more than willingly, persist at taking in your exquisite findings. Might I add that you are one of the finest females on earth (others include the above mentioned, and Sylvie Ivanoa - 'neweath' yt and http://www.megaliths.org. Please note that Sylvie is highly shadow-banned and, more recently, parodied by other 'Sylvie Ivanova' types, as she predicted some 5 years ago). I have your book, which I will read in earnest when I have completed pressing works. Meantime I will continue listening to your Substack videos and look forward to Ahmad's future 'tutorials' with you! Thank you for your purity and brilliance, with all my heart.
I had to pause and savor your response, sue, before responding. I went outside to my sunrise porch with my coffee and listened to the chattering, chubby birds. I did my Course meditation, which included asking for God's plan for salvation. What came into my mind was Be. Here. Now. The expansive Here and the infinite Now. And Be, not Do. It was such a pleasure to stay in that moment of being with your words in my heart--ones that would be too much to accept, except for knowing they include all of us with my voice just being the emerging tip of the 'truthberg' ;-) Thank you so much!
Frances was who brought me to the attention of Ahmad! When I get back to 'doing,' I want to send her a note. She'd just commented on my Manifesting vs. Miracles episode, so I know she'll be thrilled with this sprouting of the seed she sowed!
Thank you for the recommendations to Sylvie and Michelle. Ignoring all the internet warnings (which also come up with my domains) I got to Sylvia's profound paintings. Each one speaks volumes! And I have her YT and Michelle's in my open tabs for later viewing.
I'm always heartened when I see your 'likes' on my comments, sue. And I will treasure them all the more when they remind me of your kind words here.
I would like to add another name to the list of 'finest females on earth': Michelle Gibson. Here is the latest example of her work. https://youtu.be/5J0RaGfqWXY
I started listening to Michelle's video while taking a shower but quickly regretted it as my mouth dropped open with some of her revelations and filled with water! I am astounded. I'll be listening again in a dry space where I can pause to read her citations and take notes. This pulls together so many loose threads that I've been following, including one I only touched on in my chat with Ahmad, on the chronology of our dating system being a fabrication, along with the 'historical' figures.
You may have already seen these of mine, but there's something vital in the story of Osiris, as I explore here: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/the-horus-gamos and with Isis: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/the-temple-of-auset-isis. The cult of Set(h) is the Usurpers, represented as the heir to Adam in the Torah; Set is proto-YHWH. I'd seen IsRaEl as the usurping of Isis-Ra and the Canaanite deity El, but didn't realize that the ENTIRE word and the 12 tribes were all usurped! That was when my mouth dropped open. Along with Judah!
Laurent Guyenot is who clued me in to the possibility that ancient Rome was a fiction and it was really Byzantium that was the center of knowledge. Was that the Moors? And lately it seems everyone's talking about who Shakespeare really was, including my friend Mary Poindexter McLaughlin, who's written a play about the dark-complexioned lady Amelia Bassano Lanier. What's confused me is that she's said to be a Venetian Jew when that word wasn't coined until the 18th c. But it would make far more sense that she was a Moor and from the tribe of Judah. The Moor in Othello is also a definite clue. I've been trying to figure out what The Merchant of Venice uses as the original term for Jew.
Where I might not agree fully with Michelle's conclusions is on the Vatican or Jesus story, which I see as a continuation of the psyop. And that the Usurpers were non-human and their alchemy (Alchem!! mind blown) brought demons into the world. But I think the world may be OneMind Dreaming, so anything's possible. I think THEY want us to believe they're supernatural and in control of demons. I'm not convinced.
That is so funny - the shower thing, lol! I did note your comment about the chronology of our dating system (something that Michelle and Sylvie - and many several other astute researchers - also spotted). The details of this massive scam are way beyond me (I long for the time to get up to speed on it all), as I have only relatively recently picked up the disparate threads and currently do not have much time to delve.
My issues aside, I am SO pleased that Michelle's work ties in with your time-lapse gitch ; ). Like you, Tereza, she has the keenest of minds along with a pure heart. That is as rare as a hen's tooth.
You are more than welcome happy hunting!!!
Ps. When and if you have time for Sylvie, the playlists I recommend are:-
When the Survivors of Atlantis and Hyperborea Wake Up; and
The NewTimes and the EndTimes.
Nb. I realise that Sylvie is an 'acquired taste', so will completely understand if her work is not your cup of tea. Also, her level of video production is not up to Hollywood standard (you will have to adjust the volume in some instances). Nevertheless, she is unique and superbly clever.
Wow! That was a beautiful conversation - thank you both for sharing your knowledge and insights so freely. There is a lot to digest!
Regarding people's characters, I concur with Ahmad that some people exercise their free will and choose to do wrong and others choose to do evil (i.e. they choose to entice others to do wrong). I have met some of those people and instead of choosing to heal from their trauma, they choose to follow their greed/their egos/their anger and take short cuts to material success/power/wealth...
Every adult has a responsibility to themselves as well as to those around them to understand themselves better and to seek therapy to heal, especially from childhood trauma.
Thank you, Ruby. I love your thumbnail. You and I share many concerns, particularly about Gaza and the ongoing genocide. I love that you quote Caitlin Johnstone--she's so refreshingly blunt on the topic. No one is like her. I've wondered if she's changed from her former positions that "Many fall for dopey right-wing narratives about Jews ruling the world, globalist pedophile cabals ... their ideology prohibits them from clearly seeing the real underlying dynamics of capitalism and the empire-building of their own government. They place far too much emphasis on things like vaccines and the future of transhumanism being used to someday create an Orwellian dystopia."
I wrote in her comments that it seemed like the Melbourne lockdowns would be a topic for someone living in Australia, and that we should examine the narratives we're not allowed to question, like the world wars. She replied, "History has vindicated my decision to focus on the dangers of nuclear brinkmanship over lockdowns in an irrelevant part of the world that have been over for a long time and had no major consequence, regardless of how "dismayed" that makes your feelings feel. I have a zero-tolerance policy for gibberish about Jews ruling the world in my comments section; I will not let this become a gathering space for that bullshit. First and final warning." She added 3 hrs later, "Also I think Whitney Webb would take great exception to having her work characterized as asserting that the world is ruled by a cabal of pedophiles." I posted this on it, but she may have changed her mind by now: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/caitlin-johnstone-and-free-speech.
I suspect you, Ahmad and I might be in agreement that the world is run by a cabal of pedophiles. I don't think any of us are naive about what's happening, and probably also agree that the first objective is to take away their power to do more harm. I think it's why I don't worry too much about that disagreement--it doesn't change what we would do.
For some people, the explanation that "bad people do bad things" lets them stop thinking about why. Why are Israelis capable of what those soldiers are doing? Is it genetic? I hold them responsible for the behavior but also for examining the ideology of the Torah that's given them moral justification. And the victim narrative that makes it self-defense.
It's a real joy to have someone like you, Ruby, listen to my ideas. Thank you for that!
"Why are Israelis capable of what those soldiers are doing? Is it genetic? I hold them responsible for the behavior but also for examining the ideology of the Torah that's given them moral justification."
Hi Tereza, thank you for your reply. I love the way you explained the history of slavery and indentured servitude... It's so rarely discussed and yet so central to the political economy in which we all find ourselves...
I have wondered why IOF soldiers are capable of doing what they are doing and I have concluded that they have been indoctrinated from birth to be abusive to the other. For example, even children's tv programs encourage the physical beating up of toy monkeys, which they are told represent Palestinians. However, some Israelis have snapped out of that toxic indoctrination, primarily, it would seem, after they have travelled abroad... so no, I don't think it's genetic but I do think those producing such programs of indoctrination have chosen to do evil...
As for the Torah and the Talmud which I believe have been edited and rewritten by corrupt rabbis/priests over the ages - that kind of abuse of power again is deliberately evil. Psychologists and psychiatrists say that psychopaths are born - their psychopathy caused by neuronal damage. However, sociopaths and narcissists are socially conditioned to be abusive... As I'm sure you know, these three states of mind are known as the Machiavellian dark triad. I'm sorry to say that Israel has been socially engineered to be a state of predominantly Machiavellian characters. Those behind that toxic social engineering are callous and ruthless imperialists, who think nothing of inciting entire populations to genocide in order to expand their global corporate empire.
Oh, I'm so glad you appreciate my focus on slavery and servitude, Ruby. Yes, I think it's why we can't think clearly about morality--scrape away the veneer, and we're neck deep in moral contradictions.
I hadn't heard about the children's tv programs. That's heartbreaking. Yes, those who indoctrinate and give the orders certainly do evil because they destroy the mind of the person who's destroying the bodies of others.
A woman on my stack believes the trauma goes back to circumcision, which severs the trust forever between a baby boy and his mother. I've been thinking that the phrase, "What God has joined together, let no man tear asunder," isn't about marriage. What God/ nature joins together is a mother and child for nine months. They should never be torn asunder.
I used to think that the corruption of the Bible happened through translation and editing. Then I found, when I used to attend int'l conferences of Bible scholars, that the closer you got to the original, the more horrific it was. Later translations have 'softened the blows,' as one said. I see the Torah now as a coded blueprint for global domination, using terrorism, taxation and theocracy.
In a way, any diagnostic label stops holding a person responsible for their actions. It stops asking them, 'Why? Why would you do this?' I see evil as an adverb--doing evil--and not an adjective. If a person can be evil, then God is not good. God, who made them evil, is a monster.
I absolutely agree that "Those behind that toxic social engineering are callous and ruthless imperialists, who think nothing of inciting entire populations to genocide in order to expand their global corporate empire." I'd even go one further. I think genocide is the point. Their god requires blood sacrifice and burnt offerings. They think that will give them the ultimate power. And this is their 'final solution.' But it's not going to work.
Agreed, Tereza - their genocidal scheming and pathological plotting IS going to fail and there are plenty of signs that it is already failing. I have come to view their overt Machiavellianism as a sickening but "necessary evil" to provoke humanity to exert the energy required to evolve into a greater level of consciousness and to take much more proactive action... Also, to have these conversations about morality, recognizing abuse in all its forms, trauma and the trauma bond, social engineering (primarily by the patriarchy), money vs. debt vs. fiat currencies, etc. etc. etc. It's no surprise that it is women, and those men who respect women, who are taking the lead in these conversations. His-story reveals that women have been the largest group subjugated by the oppressors. It's our time to speak out and to be heard.
I would agree that circumcision is a violent and traumatic experience for a baby boy. I recall being shocked that it was even a thing when my baby brother was subjected to it. Yes, on a subconscious level, it must damage or even break the maternal bond as the baby suffers for several days before the physical wound is healed. Dr. Nawaal Al-Saadwi, an Egyptian doctor wrote about the trauma she experienced when she was subjected to "female circumcision" as a young girl. She was literally pounced upon in the middle of the night by several people... and as she screamed in agony, she recognized that amongst the assailants was her own mother.
The way "organized religion" is taught to people is full of contradictions. Yet we are rarely encouraged to ask any questions. Many of us now realize this is tell-tale sign of being in a cult. Interestingly, it's the cult leaders, at the heads of religious institutions, who formulate the cult-ure of their communities. In fact, it's quite well-known that the cult-ure of any organization of people is set by those at the top of the hierarchy, including the cult-ure of every corporation... When I started my career, I always wondered why the workplace was often such a psychologically toxic place. Now I know - it's by design. The corporate mainstream media is also instrumental in creating and recreating cult-ure for each new generation of debt slaves. Consequently, they know how to formulate their messaging to target different demographics.
It was Karl Marx who said; "Religion is the opium of the masses." I've observed that hard-working employees (many of them debt slaves) are kept so busy that when they return home, all they are good for is rest and recuperation, rather than working through the moral contradictions in their lives, including within their religious beliefs. As long as they are virtue-signaling their religious commitment, they feel justified in absolving themselves of the more challenging moral responsibilities. However, spirituality is so much more rewarding when all intercessors are pushed to one side and a direct relationship with God / the Universe is established and spontaneous guidance received in the form of intuition, inspiration and, if really tuned in to the right frequency, divine revelation.
We are in 100% agreement on so many levels, Ruby. It's such a joy to have met you.
YES their scheme is failing.
YES it's serving a purpose that's prompting healing.
YES it's a time for women and men who respect them.
YES organized religions are cults of superiority.
YES the busywork is by design, so we have no time to think.
YES we connect to the divine directly or not at all.
From the first time that Ahmad and I spoke, he spoke with me as an equal. Maybe I don't need to tell you how rare that is. There's an author of another geo-economics primer, Fadi Lama, who does the same. And a commenter who goes by Julius Skoolafish, who was the first to tell me this post was up. At nearly 68, this is a new experience for me, to be taken seriously by men. I might even start expecting it!
Thank you for your eloquence and your humour, Tereza. So much of what you said in the interview resonated with me. I'm so glad you differentiate between male and female topics and energies. As humanity returns these energies back to a healthy balance that we begin to heal and evolve across the world.
Ahmad and his wife are rare in these turbulent times as they obviously fell in love and discovered a healthy balance between yin and yang. It's a lovely reminder that the "old normal" worked wonderfully.
I'm only half-way through, but this is throwing up more questions than answers - not necessarily a bad thing!
So, everything is inverted?
Perpetrators are portrayed as victims? Not if one is one of the victims.
A gift-based economy works best for those who are adept at gifting much less than they are gifted - I for one wouldn't fancy my chances!
Latin is a synthetic language? I thought it evolved from Sanskrit, etc.
Holy books are hardly alone historically in putting men over women (and Adam is also guilty because he was with Eve when she made her bad decision, but said nothing and complied).
Haha, I like your perspective on questions! Contrary to your byline, I think you're definitely someone I need to know, Frankie ;-)
You're exactly right that the perpetrators are NOT the same as victims in real life, just like the victims are not perpetrators. What the Bible has done is invert history--turned the perpetrators into victims, the victims into perpetrators; the heroes into villains, the villains into heroes; good into evil and evil into good.
One example of this is the earliest form of the word Hebrew, who were the Habiru/ Apiru mentioned in stone tablets called the Amarna Letters. These were sent to the Pharaohs complaining that they were terrorizing Egyptian cities and holding siege to usurp them for Abdi Ashirta, represented as the jackal. They turned free Egyptian farmers into tax slaves, an action bragged about in the Torah tale of Joseph. They and their fratricidal god Seth were finally driven out by Ahmoses I.
So not only are holy books not alone historically, but they aren't history. You're taking the word of an omniscient narrator, Yahweh's ventriloquist, that 'Eve' made a bad decision that brought in all ills: Eve-ill. Men ruling over women is 'justified' by all the Abrahamic religions. And why? Because Eve wanted the knowledge of good and evil. What's another word for that? Judgment.
Very funny on the gift economy, although your definition fits the anthropology of barter--a bargain or barter-gain was for to get more than they gave. In the gift economy that preceded money, giving more was the point.
On Latin, I just looked up its relation to Sanskrit and it seems like it would have devolved, if anything. Sanskrit uses musical tonalities and the masterpiece work of its grammar was produced in 450 BCE. It's called the language of the gods for its beauty and subtlety.
Latin is an abbreviated language that takes up 2/3rds of the space of indigenous languages to say the same things. It seems to have been developed for lawyers and accountants, with precise meanings for things and quantities but lacking nuance on human relationships. Hebrew is also an administrative language. For Laurent Guyenot's work into the linguistic clues that we've been misled about ancient history, this one references him: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/the-myth-of-ad.
Sorry for the delayed response - it wasn't out of fear, I simply didn't get any notification that you had replied to me!
You raise so many points that are both fascinating and new to me, and I will have to do them justice by researching them. I'm gonna have check out the third paradigm thing as well.
I haven’t been watching your podcasts lately , I am in Canada . We were having elections & many other happenings in my world . I must say I have missed watching you, I throughly enjoyed this guest & I love you Dr ❤️
I just added the third 'like' and it magically turned into 54! I merely blink and your posts have been love-bombed. I certainly agree about the Abrahamic religions. Although I don't know if you've seen the Michelle Gibson that Sue linked above: https://youtu.be/5J0RaGfqWXY. This is adding layers and layers to my understanding. No, maybe it's stripping away layers and layers. Relevantly, maybe what I've thought of as Islam isn't the real teachings and practice. We certainly know that's true for the other two. And yes, the ideology of religion is at the heartless heart of it all.
This is a very interesting take on things, I love your research into language, the words we use are so powerful. I think you might find Fred Harrison's book "The Power in the Land" originally written in 1983 and updated and republished in 2021 a useful addition to your library. Fred is the only UK economist to predict with accuracy the last two recessions we had, the next one is coming soon but you will have to read the book to get the date. Landowners have manipulated the system for centuries so that they can have a free lunch, of course they want women in the workplace and men to be less masculine, they can squeeze more out of us slaves that way.
Whatever we might think of slavery in the Old Testament, one thing it does is to point forward to what Jesus says in the New Testament: “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin… if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” And there are striking parallels between the liberation of the Israelites in Egypt and someone who becomes a Christian and is, according to Jesus, liberated from slavery to sin.
Paul told slaves to return to their masters. The slaveowners were always quoting Paul to their slaves on Sunday--Frederick Douglass talks about it. Jesus calls the Canaanite woman a dog and says that even dogs can eat the crumbs that fall from the master's table. Those who Jesus calls sinful are the rebels against the Roman Empire who believed that all people are equal. I write about it here: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/jesus-rebel-or-imperialist and https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/jesus-is-the-og-psy-ops
For reference, re “Jesus calls the Canaanite woman a dog”, below is the NIVUK text from Matthew 15, including v28:
21 Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, ‘Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.’
23 Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, ‘Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.’
24 He answered, ‘I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.’
25 The woman came and knelt before him. ‘Lord, help me!’ she said.
26 He replied, ‘It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.’
27 ‘Yes it is, Lord,’ she said. ‘Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.’
28 Then Jesus said to her, ‘Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.’ And her daughter was healed at that moment.

Indeed you were, Frances! And I know you're feeling the love flowing back 'atcha.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Your recommendations are gold to me. Oh on the Atlanteans, this had been new to me and ties in with Michelle's work also: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/a-royal-flush-and-irish-pharaohs. And I definitely agree with Michelle on the occult rituals going back to Egypt, when the Usurpers started their death cult of Seth: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/maga-the-crocodile-demon.
That's wonderful. Also many thanks for your links, much appreciated. I will pour over them this weekend. And thank you for you kind words earlier.
And spirituality is my other big topic. Here's my latest on it: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/manifesting-vs-miracles
The Matrix = mumsnet.
This gets inverted into the Hebrews being slaves in Egypt and Moses leading them out. I write about it here: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/hebrews-in-egypt-slaves-or-masters?
So not only are holy books not alone historically, but they aren't history. You're taking the word of an omniscient narrator, Yahweh's ventriloquist, that 'Eve' made a bad decision that brought in all ills: Eve-ill. Men ruling over women is 'justified' by all the Abrahamic religions. And why? Because Eve wanted the knowledge of good and evil. What's another word for that? Judgment.
Now, you tell me whether judgment came from Eve or was used against her? I think that judgment is the root of all evil, but this turns judgment and superiority into good and the victim of that into evil, as I say in these episodes: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/in-the-blood-of-eden and https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/genesis-and-the-naked-deception.
And matrix = mumsnet. Hahaha! Good one.
Sorry for the delayed response - it wasn't out of fear, I simply didn't get any notification that you had replied to me!
You raise so many points that are both fascinating and new to me, and I will have to do them justice by researching them. I'm gonna have check out the third paradigm thing as well.
Men have been
I haven’t been watching your podcasts lately , I am in Canada . We were having elections & many other happenings in my world . I must say I have missed watching you, I throughly enjoyed this guest & I love you Dr ❤️
Thanks for your kind compliment on my interview, Bobbie! I hope your world calms down enough to make room again for the good Doc ;-)
Thank you❤️sending love to you
Sorry I haven't replied until now - this wasn't out of fear but simply because I had got no notification that you had replied to me!
I need to do some proper research, then I need to join this thirdparadigm thing!
Thrilled to see Tereza's interview, which I begged you for ages ago!
Today I have written a relevant very short piece which contributes to the subject in some part.
https://francesleader.substack.com/p/the-solution
I have that video ready to watch now. I have been a wee bit run off my keyboard! xx
Brilliant, can't wait for the other parts. 👍👍
