Interested in peoples choice for supplementing vit D, I just had a medical and my levels are low… despite being in UAe, not wearing sunscreen, being in sun daily, great tan, fair skin, eating high vit D foods! I dont understand how to top up more naturally 🫣
Great podcast Ahmad. Barbara is such a lovely lady. Love her natural approaches. I've recently invested in hemp bedlinen - not cheap but will last and super soft quality. And... I dry all our washing outdoors on 'the line'.
Thank you Ahmad, that was a lovely interview, I saw her only once before on another interview, what an absolute God send she is. The more the tyrants go after her the bigger her badge of honor grows. We all know by now to do the exact opposite to what THEY "insist" so in the future we will be needing more of what this lovely lady has to offer, not less. God bless her and all that she teaches.

I'm with Barbara about NOT eating meat. She makes some excellent points, especially that it's hard to find HEALTHY animals to eat. Yes, spot-on!
