Interested in peoples choice for supplementing vit D, I just had a medical and my levels are low… despite being in UAe, not wearing sunscreen, being in sun daily, great tan, fair skin, eating high vit D foods! I dont understand how to top up more naturally 🫣
Great podcast Ahmad. Barbara is such a lovely lady. Love her natural approaches. I've recently invested in hemp bedlinen - not cheap but will last and super soft quality. And... I dry all our washing outdoors on 'the line'.

It gives so much pleasure to know that her work has been scattered like confetti across the world after the poisonous attempt to stop her. Sounds like she has a wonderful husband and supporter too. The other podcasts play fine. This one no matter how many times I play it, it won't finish... Weird...
I'm with Barbara about NOT eating meat. She makes some excellent points, especially that it's hard to find HEALTHY animals to eat. Yes, spot-on!
