With all the news at the moment I nearly gave this one a miss in favour of Michael Yon but I'm so glad I didn't - such an upbeat and funny chat about a really horrible, tragic set of circumstances. Yolla's family history and perspective brought home the injustice of what's happened and although no one would wish the last 2 years on the Palestinian people, at least people have woken up to the evil of zionism and the fact that the 2 state solution is nonsense - the land needs to revert back to what it was historically.
Really enjoyed this, Ahmad. As I said to you in our interview, it's your steadfast and unwavering perspective on Palestine that is first among the many reasons I love you. And Rolla is a joy! I apologize to her in advance for mispronouncing her name. But I hope she listens, when it comes out, for my enthusiasm about her and my reasons that 'Jesus' never spoke in Aramaic, but only Greek. I agree with her, though, that it certainly wasn't Hebrew.
That was an excellent show. Your use of humor and lively discussion is great as always. Another excellent source on the Palestinian/Israeli issue is Alon Mizrahi. He is an Arab Israeli who recently expatriated to the US because he became so disgusted with Israeli society. He was a former journalist in Israel working for the university system. I find his insights into Israeli society and politics to be quite interesting. He is currently on X and he also has a substack under his name. Thanks so much for all your great guests on such a wide variety of subjects. Love you and all of humanity who are seeking truth.
