I've been intensely following you for some months now, and even with this your essay, "160 Tangible Acts Of Resistance" i must say that you are truly an International Treasure & gem 💎 of a human being...
Thank you for all that you do, say, and write !
God bless you and your family in Jesus Wonderful Name!
ASM Doc Malik: Thank you for reminding us that so much can be done with little money. Years ago I watched Mr. Russo’s Freedom to Fascism documentary. He quoted some unnamed British parliamentarian that a healthy and debt-free populace was hard to control/rule.
#161. Stop perpetuating the cycle of violence and trauma involved in the birth process. That includes all the drugs given to the mother, the shots given to the newborn, and the genital mutilation AKA circumcision of males.
My lifelong habit of keeping as debt free as possible has yielded considerable benefit. Because I was lucky enough to have been well paid working abroad before house prices really started to rise so I was able to pay my mortgage off early, I also had lodgers for a few years.
When I took out my mortgage in 1986 I was being pressured by the building society into buying an endowment mortgage, being financially quite strong willed I said no and insisted on a repayment mortgage so I was in no doubt of my commitment.
Most of my friends who did as the Society advised found that contrary to the sales pitch of a windfall when their policies reached term they instead failed to pay out the full sum because the market didn't perform so well and they ended up having to extend their borrowing commitments.
I already practise about 75 of the habits on the list and maybe 10 or 15% of the rest are not really applicable to my situation.
PS the list has a few repeated points and for some reason a gap in numbering between 89 and 108, so it's more like 130 actions.
Thanks for this. Learn how this control system works. Question everything.( your words) Take back your personal sovereignty and get in contact with your creator. The Earth is an amazing place and all creation a mirror of the divine. Most importantly think for yourself! Just because everyone is doing something doesn’t make it right.
Love the list! Hubby and I started what Catherine Austin Fitts calls "turtling" to both prep and to also stop feeding the globalists...important to not get overwhelmed trying to do all asap. We started about 2 years ago and amazingly we now have 90% of your list covered/implemented. Can't wait for your book! Need in time for Xmas gifts, so I say cut down on Podcasts for a bit if needed to get that book done!
Thank you. Love your work and have always admired your unrelenting and costly—loss of career and relationships—stand against the tyranny. It would be good to meet one day.
These tips will be use now and into the uncertain future. What is very clear is there is a plan for illness and mass scale depopulation unfolding in front of us. Thank-you for your tips. Your podcasts are appreciated.
Doc Malik, how refreshing to read these 160 “thoughts” on a life of freedom, self sufficiency. I have not found it easy to find “my tribe”. This is the most refreshing post I have read for a very long time. Thank you for sharing.
I don't quite agree with 83. You need to avoid all new cars, not just electric ones. They're all full of electronics that can track you. If you buy any newer vehicle you need to find out how to remove or disable any components that communicate back to base. And why would any government that would restrict access to electricity in order to restrict freedom of movement be above restricting access to petrol or diesel as well? They've already proved they're happy to restrict freedom of movement anyway, without cutting off power or fuel.
To me the ideal would be to have both a petrol/diesel vehicle and an electric(with any tracking removed/disabled) one. Where I live we're dependent on imported oil and its easy to imagine a scenario where our supply is cut off for one reason and whatever little we have in reserve would be rationed harshly. But I already have my own off grid solar and can make enough of my own power to charge a car at least for local trips.
How do we resist incremental mandates like GOV.UK One Login?
Directors of UK small and medium sized businesses and even dormant ones are being forced into digital ID through companies house from next week (18 Nov 25).
Many awake will close businesses with job & skill losses.
Next come the sole traders and side hustles of HMRC self assessment change to MTD ( reporting 5 times a year instead of once).
Are there any AMCs as there were with C19 madness?

Birth is an emergence, not an emergency.
Thank you Ahmad. We're 68 & 72 years and probably 80% on target with your list. We'll share your excellent extensive list too.
A few suggestions:
Buy military ration packs - lasts 25 years. Useful for many situations.
Get a silent generator/battery back-up - solar panel /in-car/mains chargeable. Jackery, Bluetooth, Ecoflow - all good equipment.
Keep natural and home remedies at home (with notes of what they do). Many old-fashioned cheap remedies disappearing.
I have a couple of camping stoves and gas cans in the garage, used them once during a power cut that lasted about 36 hours.

Great list to share with others.
This is a keeper.
Would make a great to do list that should be printed out and reviewed each month to pick out what one can work towards.
One of the best post to date !!!
Great list. Take it a chunk at a time.
